🎪 Leave No Trace Festival – Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you can no longer attend the festival, you may submit a request for a refund. However, please note that refunds are entirely at the discretion of the management team and are not guaranteed.
Key Policy Details:
- Discretionary Approvals: All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund will be issued.
- Strict Deadline: All requests must be submitted before September 10th at 23.59 PM. Absolutely no refunds can be considered or issued once the festival begins.
- Fees are Non-Refundable: If a refund is approved, please note that only the face value of the ticket is refundable. All booking, administration, and payment processing fees are strictly non-refundable.
Can’t attend? Consider a Ticket Transfer:
Because refunds are not guaranteed, we highly recommend transferring your ticket if you can no longer make it. Your tickets are 100% transferable. You are welcome to sell or pass your ticket on to a friend or family member at no extra charge. Simply forward the tickets via email or messaging app.
We will be using a QR check-in system so do not send your tickets to anyone else unless you are selling/passing them on. If your QR code has already been scanned you will not be able to gain access to the festival.
How to Request a Review:
To submit a refund request for consideration before the deadline, please follow the cancellation link in your confirmation email or contact the event team directly at support@leavenotracefestival.co.uk.
In the event that the festival is cancelled:
We have fully secured our venue and see no reason why Leave No Trace Festival will not go ahead. However, should a cancellation occur, all tickets will be automatically refunded, and announcements will be shared immediately.
Please note that booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, as these fees are processed by our ticketing partner at the time of purchase. Thank you for your understanding.
